2. Service Description

TaleemLedger is a school accounting and fee management platform designed for educational institutions.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Subscription fees are billed annually. Fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, upload malicious content, or violate any laws while using our service.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. We claim no ownership over your school or student data.

7. Limitation of Liability

TaleemLedger is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, data may be retained for up to 90 days.
